Motor Mayhem with PartyWeekends.com.
The rules of driving just changed…
Driving.
It used to be so simple.
Pedals, steering wheel, gear stick. Occasional use of indicators.
Then it got a little more complicated.
Now in order to drive anywhere you have to first have an argument with the sat-nav and choose between ‘sub-zero’ and ‘ice age’ on the air con. Aside from that, though, driving remains pretty basic, mundane stuff. You go from A to B. If you live in a city you probably go from A to B very slowly. How can you shoehorn the adventure back in to your everyday driving when your everyday driving takes you to Tesco and back? You can’t try your hand at motor racing on the way to work (well you can but you’ll probably get booked - assuming you ever get out of third gear) and the nearest you get to adventure driving is avoiding the 4x4s that gather round the local school at home-time.

To spice things up a little weekend breaks and adventure weekends have often featured some form of motor racing or adventure driving. At PartyWeekends.com we feature plenty of team motor racing events (like go karting and quad biking) and umpteen hen or stag adventure driving challenges (reverse steering, rally driving etc) on this very site. They’ll all demand a very different set of driving skills to those you usually use. They’ll challenge you, inspire you and they’ll make you realise just what unbelievable fun driving can be when you don’t have to stop at a red light every 30 seconds.
When you’re planning your weekend break remember you don’t have to settle for just one activity. If you’d like your hen or stag adventure driving weekend to combine multiple events then take a look at our Activities page, give us a call on
Freephone: 08000 141428 and we’ll put a full day of awesome and mildly insane driving challenges together for you.
But whichever hen or stag adventure driving challenges you opt for, one thing’s for sure:
Motor Mayhem is a little different.
Motor Mayhem is a little sillier.
Motor Mayhem is adventure driving with all the rules changed.
If you’re looking for some adventure driving that’s a little more challenging than the norm then Motor Mayhem will be all you could ever ask for. Want something that needs co-operation? Motor Mayhem is a totally different type of team motor racing – mainly because your team is in the car with you.
Two drivers.
Each facing different directions.
Each with their own controls.
What could possibly go wrong?
Your Motor Mayhem session with PartyWeekends.com
• Full safety briefing.
• Get behind the controls (well, half of them) of a Peugeot 205 rally car.
• Forward facing driver has steering wheel, starter key (linked to left foot engine cut out pedal) and clutch under right foot.
• Rear facing driver has gear stick, brake and accelerator.
• Test your teamwork, your sanity and your friendship around a twisting obstacle course including 4 parking bays!
Motor Mayhem is the sort of adventure driving activity that could only have been dreamt up by a mechanic on powerful medication with way too much time on his or her hands. It’s a hen or stag motor racing activity that will have you screaming at your co-driver, and screaming with laughter. It’s hen or stag adventure driving with a real difference. You’ll need co-operation, timing and, quite possibly, a new best man or maid of honour by the time you’re though. But as a completely different type of activity for weekend breaks we’d heartily recommend it. Just make sure that whoever you race with, they won’t be offended when you start questioning their driving skills, their parentage and their ability to follow simple instructions.
You’ll scream like Amy Winehouse on a night out; swear like Chubby Brown and drive like the Stig’s grannie – and then you can either move on to your next adventure driving or car racing activity or head out on your party night. And when you do hit the pubs and clubs, make sure you go armed with a PartyWeekends.com nightlife pass. It’ll give you and your party free entry, queue jumping rights and discounted drinks at a host of venues.
Take a look at our Activities page for more details.
Just call us on 08000 14 14 28.
